Feeling Good means doing better in everything you attempt to achieve. How you keep yourself feeling good is important because if it's through the wrong means it could cause more problems than helping. For instance drugs are not a good source because dependencies can result. Also mass produced energy drinks can put stress on the adrenals, and cause liver and kidney complications in the future, along with increased blood pressure.

The best way to feel good is through proper diet, exercise and positive thinking. A balanced diet will ensure that your body gets the nutrition to function in a highy efficient manner by feeding the organs with nutrients for optimal cell function and high metabolism. Exercise can trigger endorphins, help the body function at optimum levels by conditioning muscular and cardio efficiency, keep the blood pressure stable, provide oxygen for endurance and build metabolism to burn calories for weight control. A positive frame of mind activates the endorphins and brings enjoyment while perservering and doing work of any sort. Endorphins are chemicals that are able to cross the gaps (synapse) between nerve cells to pass along a message from one to the next. When endorphins connect with a certain kind of receptor cells called opioid receptors, (because opiates also fit them), they block the transmission of pain signals and produce a happy feeling -- exactly like opiates.

Here are some suggestions to help you to feel good so that you can perform optimally both mentally and physically:
